Welcome to the States Page. On the following pages you will see links for Contact Congress, Helpful Resources, Sex Offenders, and State Sex Offender Laws. You will also notice on each page the latest news relating to that state in regarts to Sex Offenders & Child Abusers.

Contact Congress - This is where you will find a list of all members of congress for your state. We encourage everybody to look into their local laws in regards to Sex Offenders and see what they can do to convince their members of Congress to make them tougher. A good example of poor laws would be Sex Offenders are allow to live within 25 or even 150 feet of a school.

Helpful Resources - This is where you will find a list of resources in your state to help you if you are being abused or if you suspect abuse. Please do not hesitate to use them.
If you are with an agency and we do not have you listed please email at Webmaster@preventfutureabuse.org with your contact information and we will have a member of PFA contact you.

Sex Offenders - In accordance with federal regulations and guide lines there is a National Sex Offender registry listed with the FBI. Unfortunately, these same guide lines do not provide for a website that will list all Sex Offenders, Child Molesters, or Child Abusers. This is one of our goals here at Prevent Future Abuse. Until this is accomplished, we will provide a link to each individual State and Territory that does have a website listing the Sex Offenders in that state.
Please be advised there are some states that will require registration to view the information that will be provided.

Amber Alert - These links are direct links to the States Amber Alerts! Please be advised that some states do not have a site for Amber Alert. Some states are implementing them as we speak. If you find information about your state and would like to contact us please email Webmaster@preventfutureabuse.org so that we may add the link to your state. If there isn't a link available, you can also email us and we will be happy to help you find the information that you are looking for.

Latest News - Will be the latest news that is happening in your state. It could contacin information about news laws that are up for voting in your state, or laws that are already there that are being changed to help protect children.

If you are unable to obtain the information that you are looking for please contact your loacl law enforcement agency or sherriff's agency for further help in obtaining this information.
